But, it is a compliance issue.
Infusionsoft has to do that.
Fundamentally, your issue isn’t with Infusionsoft, it’s with the PCI standards.
They dictate that any account with access to sensitive payment card data must change their password every 90 days.
Read the article that Dillan_Archer posted as that will cover the specifics.
Again, this isn’t Infusionsoft’s fault. They’re just adhering to compliance.
