Everytime I change my password something always happens with my website forms, for example I have a course that you can sign up to from my website that sends out 5 videos each day for 5 days…it can be working perfectly then I change my Infusionsoft password and suddenly it may only send out 2 of the videos??
Another example, someone might download an E-Book from my website and their details come through to Infusionsoft all jumbled up: i.e. Their surname in the email box
I keep asking my tech’s and they keep blaming the password change. Is this correct or do they not know how to set it up correctly?
