Does anyone know how to track Landing Page form submissions or Appointment confirmations as Goals in Google Analytics?
I have added the UA number to the Landing Page, but I’m not sure what the Event info would be for this.
Partner support was not helpful tried that already.

Once you have done that, GA4 will automatically show form events, and you can setup a Goal in GA4 to reference the form submission thank-you page as the Goal Trigger for “Form Submitted Successfully”.
