Hi - I am trying to re-import my contact list to include their Birthday but when I try to upload the file it tells me that I can’t as it takes me over my max number of contacts allowed. As these will all be duplicate contacts is there a way to upload them to merge without deleting all the previous contacts?
You can do this. It just takes a bit of setup 1st.

You’ll want to select the update existing option but you’ll need the contact id’s to do that. You can get that associated in your import list if you don’t have them already, by using a v-lookup in excel before importing them. If you do already have the contact id’s then you only need to be sure to select the right option to update existing contacts.
