I’m new to using infusionsoft - today is the day 2. I’ve watched the tutorials but there seems to be a problem I cannot figure out.
I am trying to upload 150 contacts via CSV file. I’ve strictly followed all the requirements and steps but when it completes the imports only a few are actually imported. Sometimes 1 contact, sometimes 16 contacts. I delete and start again, have tried 6 times but cannot get the entire 150 contacts to import.
All the fields are correct, complete and in compliance. Can you advise if there is a limitation on imports for a FREE 14 day trial account. I cannot reach anyone at Infusionsoft for 24 hours.
