Within the last couple of days I’ve been getting an error in Zapier when I’m using the Infusionsoft integration to create orders.
The error is:
The order could not be sent to Infusionsoft by Keap.
Fault (code 0) occurred. Message: Failed to invoke method placeOrder in class com.infusionsoft.api.xmlrpc.XmlRpcOrderService: null
Any ideas what this means?
It seems like the orders are still being created, however I’m now getting 5 duplicate orders created each time, instead of 1.
Any help greatly appreciated!
