DKIM Record Setup

When I was first working with InfusionSoft, someone during the on boarding process said something about setting up our DKIM record to minimize rejections due to spam filters. I am not convinced we either didn’t do it or didn’t do it correctly. Can anyone point me to a resource that will help me understand what needs to be done here?
