In regards to your question, the Contact List contains an array of Contact Record ids.
If you open up a Contact Record within the Keap Application, you can see the “ID” Number in the Web Address, eg:https://ABCDEF.infusionsoft.com/Contact/manageContact.jsp?view=edit&ID=123456
