We are developing an app to capture clients and register them in infusionsoft, but we are having problems to keep the app connected with infusionsoft definitively, since through the app we will send the data to a web service which will be in charge of registering them in infusion and shoot our campaigns, so we need to be always connected without being authorized by a human, someone can help me with this. ?

When you go though our Auth process it returns an access token, refresh token, and expiration dates. The Access token expires after 24hrs and the refresh token expires after 6months. If you want to bypass human authorization, the access token needs to be refreshed before it expires (24hrs). A link to help with this is here
