Can I send an email using the REST API?

I’ve been studying the REST API doc for quite a while but I can’t seem to find a way to actually use that API to send an email. Is that possible?

Not yet. REST is still being developed out and not all features are yet available. You can still use the API with the same access token you’re using for REST to send emails with until they have that option completed.
