I was curious if it were possible to trigger 6-7 predetermined interval follow-up tasks, once a custom field is set to “Sold” Is this possible, so that I don’t have to go enter the same 6-7 tasks everytime after I have closed a deal. Thanks!
Hi Daniel, the simple answer is no, with a but!
The changing of a field cannot launch a campaign
However you could create a tag called (for example) Gold Package Sold
This tag can then start a campaign that sets your tasks up for you. If you sell the same product to the same customer time and again (or at least more than once) you need to also remove the tag (can be done in the campaign) so you can re-add it to them later to start the process again.
