When I log in to my Infusionsoft I see absolutely nothing. No menu, it just says “account services” and then the only choices are marketplace and community. My campaigns are gone. When i called tech support they can see everything but I cannot. What’s happening?
It sounds like your User ID was somehow detached from your account - or, you inadvertently created a second User ID and it’s not associated with your account.
