This is the second time all my Favorites have just disappeared. What gives Infusionsoft?
Hi @Liam_Crow. I can see that you have a case open with us, that is being looked into by one of our reps. I noted in the case that you have reached out on the Community. I personally haven’t ran across this. The closest I have come across is, if a favorite was created by another user, and the original user removes the favorite, but that may not be the case in this situation.
As I am the primary user this would be highly unlikely as the other users don’t have enough IS knowledge to play around with the Favorites. It isn’t as if one just disappeared, they all went ‘bye-bye’. This is second time this has happened.
