I would be interested in hearing from anyone as we are actively looking for better call tracking/analytics
One thing I noticed is many companies charge you by the minute for incoming/outgoing calls. We have 4voice that integrates with Infusionsoft and charges one flat rate per line saving alot of $$.
I’m sure there are companies that can integrate with an existing VOIP provider at a reasonable rate and provide some good data.
