I forgot my passcode and it’s the weekend and when I try to reset my password I get a notification that they will email me a recovery code but the email never comes through. Is there a plan B?
@Lynn_Jones, sorry no one was available here to help you. Were you able to finally get in? If you have an emergency and it’s after hours, call in to support and listen to your options. If your issue is an emergency, you’ll get connected to someone.
An emergency is defined as:
- I can’t login
- I can’t send email
- I can’t collect money
Also, we just went live with a new phone system a couple of weeks ago and they have been working out some of the kinks. One of them, was the automated messaging about “emergencies” not playing correctly after hours…which should be fixed by now.
