What do I do about contacts who have been hard bounced?

I’m still finding my way around KEAP and am looking for more information on managing our contact list. While I’ve found information about email status icons and the email status search, I’m not quite sure what to do about my hard bounced contacts. What steps can I take (if any) to be able to broadcast to these contacts again, and if I can’t, how can I use the email status search to remove these users?

You are permitted to try to email hard bounces again, but if they are hard bounces, they probably won’t go through again.

You can do an ‘email status search’ (inside your reports) and pull up those with ‘bad’ email statuses (unsubscribes, bounces, etc.)

When you have that list, you can ’select all’ and then do what you want (export and delete, etc).
