I work as an administrator at a business where we sell paint night tickets through Infusionsoft/Keap/WePay. Each event has a Product Ticket Link. The Links work fine.
My question is related to WePay error 2007, “credit card is expired” occuring when the card in not expired. My question is, if a person renews their card is our system not updating along with the customer.
I am in the habit of deleting expired cards. Is it possible that even if the customer updates the card is our system only remembering that this card is expired. It does not seem to matter if I delete the card and then have the customer retry there purchase.
I am not sure what goes on there. But something does not seem right. I am looking for help with this issue.
