As a User, I’m trying to understand why all the webforms I’ve built do not appear in the dropdown menus when I try and connect a button. Some of them appear in the Campaign Builder but it’s more challenging in Email Broadcasts. Why can’t I connect them?
I’m not certain I get what you are meaning by “connect them”. It sounds like you’re referring to having them show up where you want them to?
So this is the primary difference between web forms and internal forms. Internal forms are assigned and available only from within the system (such as the drop downs). Web forms are only available to someone by using the url provided when you create it and is not part of what shows up in those drop downs.
