We use Leadquizzes to bring new contacts into our Keap account. They are all tagged as unmarketable, how do I change this?

Hi @Harmonie_Eleveld . Once the email address is marked as UNMARKETABLE, it cannot be changed, because this indicates that the email address has explicitly requested that no further marketing communication to be sent.
However, when a new contact is created it is by default ** NON_MARKETABLE**. When you supply an “opt_in_reason” it will move to SINGLE_OPT_IN. I would check with Leadquizzes to see how are they creating those contacts.
