How do I sell a voucher and then let someone redeem it so that it triggers a campaign?
Generally that’s a manual process. You can provide a list of voucher/coupons that IS can run through but automation for this doesn’t exist beyond that in the app. Anything more complicated would require an outside tool or custom coding.
Hi John, do you happen to know how to mark a voucher “redeemed” so it doesn’t get used again? (I understand a “voucher” is essentially a sales transaction during which the voucher was purchased, correct?) . Thank you in advance!
I don’t really think you can. You could raise a tag on the contact that uses it and then with something like PlusThis’s magic links redirect a person to a different page if they have that tag present though.
