Using IS eCommerce is there a way to see abandoned orders?

My old eCommerce solution showed me orders that were not fully processed. Is there a way to see these in IS to enable me to follow up those orders?

Lucy, I would use a purchase action for both “error” and “failed” orders and add a tag that starts a cart abandonment campaign.

Thank you. I have set up tags for those purchase actions - and then depending on volume of failed orders I will look at the cart abandonment campaigns. So glad I can track this though - thank you again!
