What is the current wisdom on using hashtags in email subject lines? I found articles online about the topic but all date from 2011-2015. I’d like to know what people are doing now.

I would be curious to see if we get some more opinions this weekend. I can tell you I don’t see it much at all in subject lines.
I receive a large amount of automated emails in both of my inboxes and personally have not really received any emails that contain hashtags in the subject line.
