I have a confirmation email sequence that works for most users, but certain users do not receive the confirmation email, even if they check their spam folder. Even if I resend the confirmation email manually, they do not receive it. So what do I do? How can I confirm them???

Hi Andrew, how did this get resolved? What steps did you take and what caused it? I am having the same issue.
The agent told me it had something to do with adding a sequence to the end of a campaign which I do all the time and has always worked. So although it was not resolved it doesn’t matter as the time had passed to send that email.
