Unsuccessful payments

Hi Everyone,
I have had an issue receiving a payment through an Infusionsoft link by 2 customers. Everything is fine until the card details are put in, then it shows up as error.
The same link was used by other customers and the payment was successful. The cards work on their sides too. Does anyone know what the issue could be?
