We have 2 different brands in the group and want to separate look and feel and campaigns without opening a second account with Infusionsoft. Is this something that anyone has successfully achieved or do I only have the option of an additional account?

If you identify separate brands with tags then you can manage what campaigns and sequences each runs through. Your actual branding (logos etc) in the app, however, can only have one set of information so you would likely need to use external links for images and custom fields for information to separate those with.
