Can a sequence be triggered on a specific day by inputting that date on a form? So… by inputting a specific delivery date for any given customer so that the sequence is triggered to send them the first email in a sequence on that date? If possible, how do I set that up? I don’t see that option as a rule in the decision diamond.
My understanding is you wish to start the first email in a sequence on a specific date on a per-customer basis.
This could be achieved using a Field Timer within an Advanced Automation, combined with a custom Date field.
A. Create a custom contact field of type Date: Create, edit, and delete custom fi | Lite, Pro, and Max
B. Add a Field Timer to an Advanced Automation to use the new custom date field to time automation: Field Timers | Lite, Pro, and Max
