Hi all, I’m looking for an idiot-proof way to trigger a campaign when an email is sent from Outlook.
The aim is just to remove the contact from an existing campaign when they reply to an email (so further marketing emails stop).
Ideal solution - email is sent to a contact (via “Send & Record” button in Outlook), Isoft recognises this and is able to trigger a campaign (I don’t think this is currently possible).
Alternative solution - using the sidebar, drop the contact straight into a campaign (there seems to be a similar option for “Follow-up Sequences”, but I want to avoid using legacy features).
I also want to avoid applying tags using the sidebar, as it takes too many clicks to get to the tag and the opportunity for error (adding the wrong tag) is too great.
Any ideas or workarounds welcome!
