The account is inactive

Our infusion soft is inactive because of the system is not auto charged the visa/master. This issue has not resolved for 4 days already. Yesterday it was charged our account but it has still been inactive.

We have some campaigns are running and some campaigns that we want to run but cannot do anything because of this issue.

Further details are needed. I’m guessing you are using Infusionsoft Payments? Or are you using one of the other merchant account types? If you’re using IS payments, there is an option to auto charge. Is this set? Are you testing and getting a failed response or are you asking why it’s not auto charging?
