Test emails are taking hours to be sent to me!

As I am creating campaigns, the test emails are taking several hours to come into my inbox. This is not helpful in testing! In the past, they have come immediately. Anyone else having this issue?

I haven’t seen much delay. I just sent a few tests out just now, and received them within 20-40 seconds. You may want to give the support team a ring, so they can check mail server logs, while you possibly send out a couple ‘test’ emails. Viewing the server logs might be able to pinpoint the issue, or get some extra data for our advanced support team to look into.

Our phone queues are pretty low right now @ 1-866-800-0004 Ext 2 if you had a little time to have a support rep look at this with you.

If your test emails were imported then this would be normal behavior. IS throttles new imported email addresses to manage the possibility of high spam rates.
