Why is it, that on the Keap mobile app, task outcomes will not populate?
Sometimes in companies, where employees work the majority of their time on their mobile phones, the Keap platform breaks down, b/c it does not allow for employee feedback elements, like task-outcomes, to trigger appropriate workflow and sequences.
This is a critical decision path for any campaign which requires feedback to drive decision making and sequence workflow.
Does anyone know why Keap ignored this essential function on the mobile app?
