New user, thanks in advance for any help.
Adding contacts via Zapier and need help on how to tag them properly. I created 2 Tags and put them under Prospects.
Used the field “Tags” in the Zapier setup and entered Financially Qualified for this test lead
The lead was created properly, minus the tag
Any advice on how to get that “prospect tag” onto this lead?
Did you choose the tag “financially qualified“ or did you manually type it in. Everything you describe sounds like you did it correctly, but you need to make sure that you’re choosing an existing tag from Zapier and that will then tag the person when they get fed into Keap.
