Submit Actions Taken Form completed...now what?

We were flagged for INVALID YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESSES and followed the resolution step of doing LIST HYGIENE as defined by Infusionsoft. We then completed the SUBMIT ACTIONS TAKEN FORM which stated someone would get back quickly…but it’s been over a week.

What are the next steps to get some resolutions?

You might attempt to contact an account rep but IS has had a large number of these similar issues to respond to lately. It’s an issue that stems from how Yahoo has changed their policies with accepting emails and considering email addresses as valid. IS has made improvements to the process with some “work arounds” but it will take a bit to catch up from the reputation matter it created. The list cleaning is just a way to improve the results for you given what the changes represent.
