Does anyone have a solution for texting clients NOT in a campaign. It would be awesome to have this option in the clients General page, and somehow be able to view text logs.
We have clients that want us to text them our address, or general info, and we’ve been using admin’s cell phones, but there’s gotta be a better way.
Suggestions?
I do this personally using campaign builder, but it depends on if you are Classic or New UI for this to work (if you are new UI you would use tags instead).
I start with a note applied goal (so Send Address Text for example), with a sequence behind it that does the text messaging via your 3rd party.
Without using CB I can’t think of a way to do it currently, unless you have PlusThis etc etc
