Yes what is the best way to go about selling planners that are about 21 to 30 pages each and any campaigns to recommend for this to sell to an email list?

As far as a campaign, you probably want to take a look at the Flash Sale campaign to get an idea of how the campaign could look - Keap Marketplace.
For hosting the file you can always just link to it from a Dropbox account or something similar. You could add this link to the success page of the order form so they get access to it immediately. I would also send them an immediate email with the link in case they close the success page without downloading it.
