I am looking to allow my Customer Support team to self assign opportunities vs. round robin. I have ~200 leads a weak that come in and I would like the first available rep to self assign themselves to a lead. It may also be helpful to mention that my reps will probably solely be on the phone app and not be on a desktop as they are in the field.
A likely user story would be: As a Customer Rep I need to be able to get a notification that a new lead came in and assign it to myself to be able to call/follow-up.
