Segmenting contacts based on their web behavior

Hello,

I’ve inserted the tracking code to my website so I’m now able to see a list of URLs a contact has visited on my website.

I’ve also created a campaign using the Web Page Automation goal. I’ve inputted a specific URL into the goal and set it up so it applies a tag to all contacts that visit this specific URL.

This seems to work however only for a handful of contacts. For example, if I click into a contact and scroll down to the “web profile” tab, I can see all of the URLs the user has visited. However, a majority of contacts have no URLs listed, including my own test account.

Does anyone know why this will be? Am I missing something? I’ve created an account on my website and therefore had tags applied to me, but it’s not recording the URLs I’ve visited.
