Is there a way to search contacts based on recent email history? We’re trying to clean up our database by removing all contacts who haven’t opened emails within the past year ++. Aside from checking every single profile (nearly 30,000), is there a more efficient way?
It’s not super intuitive, but:
Marketing > Reports > Email Status Search
Then, in the Search Criteria, choose Last Engagement Date: More than 12 months.
