Run action set after a contact has been updated and saved?

Hello! I was wondering if there is a way to trigger an action set after a certain custom field has been updated and the contact record has been saved.

For example I have a action / rule set something along the lines of:

Tag Contact with Y Tag
Only run Action set if Contact Custom field contains ABC text

But no way to trigger it. any ideas? thanks!

You can use specific text searches in decision diamonds in campaign builder and set tags that way…so it depends upon how many conditions or text’s you would have to do that with as to if it’s practical or not.
