Has anyone successfully connected Infusionsoft to RingCentral using Zapier? I am familiar with Zapier and have plenty of Zaps.
IFS tag is applied > Contact gets an SMS reminder from RingCentral
Issue: There is a step in the RingCentral part of the Zap asking for “Phone Number To” and no IFS fields are coming up. I tried using a custom value with the merge code for IFS phone but that is still not working.
This Zap is coming from Zapier’s recommended list so it leads me to believe it’s possible.
Any insights would be awesome.
