Removing deactivated users

I am looking to remove numerous deactivated users from our account in order to reduce our monthly bill. Any ideas in how to go about this?

Hi @Ryan_Lewis, once you have deactivated them they no longer have access to your system and you have the licence back to spend on someone else. What you would need to do is contact Infusionsoft directly and ask to reduce the number of user licences you have, in line with the number of active users you now have.

You can deactivate them under ‘admin - users’, but I think you’ll need to contact support to remove the user licenses/billing
