Is there a way to remove a refund, then remove an order without there being a negative amount in their account?
I believe that if you remove the refund and then register an adjustment to the order to zero it, that you can then delete the order without a negative history.
John! Thank you so much this is great. Can I ask how I would remove the refund? I understand adjusting the order to zero, but the refund in infusionsoft is what triggers our payment processor to offer the refund. Make sense? I would love to know what you mean by removing the refund?
