I recently noticed some of the referral partners were not credited properly. Even though they were the ones who initially referred a customer, another partner has been credited instead since a customer clicked on their link at a later date.
This wouldn’t be surprising if we set up Infusionsoft to track by last click, but it’s been set up to track by the FIRST click. We are using InfusedWoo plugin for WooCommerce to connect it with Infusionsoft and I’ve been informed that Infusionsoft API doesn’t support the First Click option, but defaults to the First Click one.
Is there any solution that would work here to have Infusionsoft API award the initial referral partner, instead of the last one?
