Questionaire with variable result email

Wondering if anybody has ever achieved or attempted this before.

I’m thinking of creating something like a free report to send to clients from infusionsoft that they fill out, and depending on the answers they give infusionsoft will send an email detailing things about their answers.

IE. What ISP do you have? ANSWER: ATT
What services are important to you? ANSWER: vpn connection

then the result in their email will say:
With att as an isp…
Because vpn connections are important to you…

Any thoughts?

Not every VPN connection is a solution. There’re thousands of providers and most of them have serious issues.
