We need to be able to send our emails through a separate server. All correspondence has to be monitored through this separate server. This is a governmental FINRA rule. We had learned this just recently and need a way to accomplish this.
We need to know if there is a way to send emails from a different server than infusionsoft so we can see the emails
That’s going to depend on the server and what options they offer to do so. It’s not an Infusionsoft function as IS has no way of knowing what methods are utilized by other servers. You would first have to determine what methods that server offers to accomplish this and then the Infusionsoft question would be, “how do I trigger that server’s method for sending emails through Infusionsoft?”. Until you know the method that server uses, however, you will not be able to answer that question.
