HI I am manually adding an order, promo code, and payment info into IS. Someone paid using another method and I want to record the payment on the contacts record. When I enter in all the info including the applicable promo code the discounted amount is not applied. It looks like the promo code doesn’t work. Any ideas? Thanks
Hi @Sara_Sprague, when creating a manual order, the section for the promo code does not have any function when added manually. It’s there for storing the info when someone checks out through the shopping cart and uses a promo code or when ordering using an order form. What you can do is add the promo code for reference but manually add the discount when deciding on the price for the manual order. Hope that makes sense!
