Pre Fill Landing Page - Mobile/Phone

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for some assistance in prefilling landing page details on mobile for existing customers.

I’ve got it working for desktop, but when I send myself through the campaign, the parameters won’t prefill when I click the link from my phone.

Is there something else I need to consider to pass these values through for anyone clicking through on their mobile devices?

Unfortunately I have not found a solution to this yet.

I think the issue has actually become more complicated since you first asked about it (just fyi). With apples new privacy updates they’re not allowing information to transport that is obviously belonging to someone (like names, phones, emails etc). There are efforts being made to overcome this issue but even if the first matter were solved for you, there would now be this one to overcome too.
