We use Infusionsoft’s shopping cart and have enabled credit card payments and PayPal. The problem we have is that we require all customers to tick a box on the order form to acknowledge they have read our terms and conditions.
This tick box has been added and works fine, except when someone clicks to pay via Paypal (pay by credit card is the default) before ticking the T&C’s box. When they do this the T&C’s tick box disappears and then prevents them from completing the purchase. If the customer re-selects pay by credit card the tick box comes back. If they tick the T&C’s tick box and then selects PayPal the customer is then allowed to complete the payment.
Help!!! the team here all baffled.
