I’m trying to connect Payment express but I keep getting an “Authentication Failure” message but the details are correct. I can log into Payment express with those same details.
The account is set to live mode, everything looks good but it won’t connect.
@Support_OnTheFuze , I can’t think of why it wouldn’t be working. You may want to call into Support. “Authentication Error” lends me to think that maybe you goofed the name/username fields?
For the “name”, you just make something up. The “Username” and “Password” would be your actual payment express username and password. Also, try not copy and pasting username/password…maybe your copying a blank space?
