Can I get the past survey results from Parents? I have the survey set and receive the emails., but I need to see if I can access answers from former clients.
You didn’t say but I’m assuming that the survey you’re talking about was built in Infusionsoft? ie not a Wordpress form that is integrated to IS or another third party app?
As long as the contacts still exist and the custom fields involved in the survey still exist then you should be able to use the search criteria for you contact list to identify and view those results. If the survey was initially collected using something other than an Infusionsoft webform, then there are a lot of details that could change that answer.
