NPS-style questionnaire?

We’d like to build in functionality where NPS-style (rate + comment) questionnaires can be sent out to contacts in a sequence and have it so they don’t need to enter in their email address again in order to append the response data to their contact record.

Is there functionality native to Keap Max Classic that could do this or would we need to look at third-party products instead?

You can set it up inside a Web Form.
You can feed the email in a URL parameter to the web form and have the web form sit with a hidden field (email address).

That way the web form will read/capture the email and keep the data with the contact.

Easier with 3rd parties — most things are as they related to Keap web forms - but do-able…
